Exon_49 Running the DNASTACKS program at MUSC.
DNASTACKS runs on MAC OS only. DNASTACKS is based on MAC HYPERCARD. The program
reads and writes several formats of multiple sequence alignments, performs
an number of analytical operations and colors output. In addition, the
program can use an input protein multiple sequence alignment to set up
a nucleic acid alignment that takes into account the codon by codon
restrictions of the protein alignment. The program is installed on the
BCR G3
