This software written by G.M. Morris, D.S. Goodsell, R. Huey, W.E.Hart,
S. Halliday, R. Belew and A.J. Olson at TSRI.
 
You will  need to add the following line to your UNIX .cshrc file

source /usr/common/bcr/AUTODOCK/dist_3.0.3/startupAUTODOCK.csh

There are three executables


   autodock3
   autogrid3
   addsol


These should be accessible at the UNIX prompt provided you are have
applied to upgrade your MNA account to provide for access to the BCR 
resources.

The on-line  
manual should be consulted prior to using AUTODOCK. The METHODS/Getting_Started
link provides a basic recipe running AUTODOCK.
