Exon_64 PDB2VRML

This program converts a standard molecular format file (PDB or SYBYL MOL2)
into another file format which is suitable for viewing via a VRML 3D viewer.
This is JUST a file file format conversion program. Viewing the result
is an additional procedure requiring a properly configured web-browser.

USAGE at the UNIX command line type:

 pdb2vrml -pdb filename.pdb filename.wrl

note: that the file named "filename.pdb" is the PDB format INPUT file.
         " " " " "filename.wrl" is the VRML format OUTPUT file.
" " "-pdb" is an option. It tells the program what input file
format to expect. Other options may be added or
                      substituted.

Here's another example

 pdb2vrml -ribbon -solid -pdb filename.pdb filename.wrl

This creates an output file with a solid yellow ribbon depicting the
backbone.
