SOLAR carries out genetic variance component analyses including linkage analysis,
quatntitative genetic analysis and covariate screening.

Modify your ".cshrc" file to include the following line.


alias solar /usr/common/bcr/SOLAR/solar

This should return control to you with the following prompt

SOLAR>

At this point you may type "help" for a brief list of the 
SOLAR command Set.

To be FULLY functional your MNA user ID need to be added to the list of registered users.
